**Responsibilities**:
TriQuest Nondestructive Testing Corp is a wholly owned subsidiary of Rockwood Service Corporation and provides full service non-destructive testing, inspection, and integrity services throughout North America to the Oil & Gas industry, Manufacturing, Fabrication, Power Generation, In-Service Piping, and Above Ground Storage Tanks.

We are currently seeking a detail-oriented and organized Finance Administrator to supporting finance and operations team. This role is based out of our SE Calgary office.

**Responsibilities**:
- Review and verify daily field tickets for completeness and accuracy- Perform job costing and ensure necessary customer approvals are obtained- Prepare and submit invoices in line with contract terms and timelines- Track and reconcile project costs, purchase orders, and billing data- Support finance and operations teams with reporting and documentation as needed

**Requirements**:
- 3+ years of experience in a finance or administrative support role- Strong understanding of invoicing, job costing, and project documentation- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and financial/accounting software- Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities- Strong English communication and organizational skills- Experience in an industrial or field services environment is an asset
- Possess good analytical skills, detail oriented.
