SC Education operates leading Western Canadian private colleges with multiple locations delivering diploma programs in both on-campus and online modalities in the business, health, hospitality, legal and technology fields.

**The Opportunity**

The Manager Student Finance will provide leadership to the Student Finance team to achieve the College’s successful enrollment with Financial Assistance. Reporting directly to the President, this position manages all aspects of the operation of the student finance team with a view to continuously improving the delivery of a customer-centric service.

**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**

The Student Finance Manager will be responsible for:

- Leading and supporting the financial aid team to achieve performance expectations while providing timely and exceptional customer service;
- Guiding and informing the team to ensure appropriate and various financial assistance options are provided;
- Maintaining records and administrative systems to support timely and accurate business information;
- Actively promoting open communication and coordination amongst admissions, financial aid, registrar, and accounting staff along with leadership;
- Develop and challenge the team to continue to provide engaged customer service to all contacts

**QUALIFICATIONS**

Demonstrated experience in leadership and providing on-going support to a team
- Post-secondary degree (preferred)
- Three (3) years experience in managing staff
- Previous education recruitment or sales environment experience would be an asset
- Demonstrated people and coordination skills, with a customer-focused perspective
- Excellent organizational, analytical, problem-solving, interpersonal, and writing/communication skills
- An exceedingly high attention to detail along with experience with administrative reporting
- Previous experience with a CRM would be beneficial
- Excellent leadership, interpersonal communication and team management skills

**Job Type**: Full Time, In Office

Pay: $55,000.00-$65,000.00 per year
