**Who we are looking for**:
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Full-time Operations Coordinator to join our Woodbridge, Ontario team. This role is pivotal in supporting the day-to-day operations of the business, serving as a critical liaison between front-line staff and department heads.
**Responsibilities**:
- Act as point of contact between departmental teams and front-line staff, ensuring effective communication and alignment on priorities.
- Collaborate with department managers to understand their operational needs, challenges, and opportunities for improvement.
- Monitor company pricing structures and conduct regular competitor price analysis to ensure market competitiveness and support strategic pricing decisions.
- Coordinate and monitor interdepartmental projects to ensure timely and successful execution.
- Maintain operational documentation, including SOPs, reports, and process maps.
- Support the onboarding and training of new staff by coordinating with HR and department leads.
- Utilize available resources to address operational issues and drive continuous improvement.
- Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs), operational goals, and budgets.
**Qualifications**:
- Post-secondary education in Business, Operations, or related field (or equivalent work experience).
- 2+ years of experience in operations coordination, administration, or project support.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); comfortable learning new systems.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively across teams.
- Proactive, adaptable, and able to thrive in a fast-paced, growing company.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Great team player who can work independently.
- Must be proficient in verbal and written English.
- High level of integrity, confidentiality, and accountability.
- Strong work ethic and positive team attitude.
Pay: $50,000.00-$57,000.00 per year
