We're hiring in Woodbridge

Consolidated Dealers is looking for an Operations Coordinator to join our Woodbridge Operations Team.

This role is perfect for someone who enjoys a mix of customer interaction, problem-solving, and operational coordination.

What this role does

  • Respond to customer and vendor calls/emails professionally
  • Process orders through the ERP system (phone-in, email, and e-commerce)
  • Coordinate backorders and vendor ETAs with Purchasing
  • Support Accounting with invoice and PO review
  • Collaborate with Sales, Warehouse, and Purchasing to improve service and accuracy
  • Participate in SOP documentation, continuous improvement, and ERP sandbox testing
  • Assist with reporting and analytics (Excel + AI tools — training provided)

You're not doing it alone. This role is part of a national Operations Coordinator team across Woodbridge, Ottawa, and Edmonton, who work closely together and support each other during high-volume periods. Collaboration and teamwork are at the center of this position.

Full-time | Monday to Friday | 8am–5pm
