**About the Presales PMO Team**
The Enterprise Presales PMO team is focused on creating and managing programs that increase Presales efficiency and effectiveness, ultimately improving support for Sales and our customers. Programs include documenting where and how we win and common use cases by industry.

**What is the role?**
This role reports directly to the Senior Director, Presales PMO. You’ll collect and analyze information about our largest deals, including ensuring they are properly tracked and escalated and investigating wins and losses. You’ll create clear, easy-to-understand reports for Sales leadership about your findings and recommendations. And you’ll use your creativity, excellent communication skills, and prior experience to distill complex or technical information down to the essentials, recognize gaps that need to be filled, and to find the right SME and deliverable to fill it.

Key Responsibilities:

- Interface with Presales and Sales team members to track large deals and investigate key wins and losses
- Work with Presales leadership to identify and develop other program needs
- Create and nurture a robust network across the Presales and Sales organizations
- Collect and incorporate feedback on existing assets
- Adhere to company policies, processes, and procedures and play an active part in their development
- Any other task as may be requested by your manager in order to meet the operational needs of the business

Desired Skills and Capabilities:

- Self-starter that enjoys learning and has excellent writing, communication, and presentation skills.
- Ability to understand and clearly articulate technology trends, processes, and benefits.
- Understanding and ability to articulate how the OpenText solution lines work together to provide business value.

Position Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- 5+ years of relevant work experience in business consultancy or analysis, ideally in technology-related situations
