**Position Overview**:
**Duties Include**:

- Daily vetting of leads generated by bidding sites.
- Forward the leads that meet the criteria to the appropriate department.
- Collect and organize tender documentation (insurance, qualifications, etc.)
- Build and manage “Bids in Progress” into a critical path document highlighting timing.
- Assist the Estimation Team from time to time.
- Ensuring the successful submission of quotes and supporting documentation
- Follow up on bids we did not win to find out pertinent information that can help us in future
- Create a repository of frequently used bid support documents (insurance etc.)
- Over time create an upcoming bid calendar that tracks the annual renewal timing and provides the organization 60 day heads up that bids are coming up for renewal
- Create a post bid tracker that shows over time what has been won and what has been lost and why so we can better understand the outcome of our efforts
