**SUMMARY**

Responsible for the overall successful and profitable rollout of projects including coordination of product, budgeting, coordination of trades, communication with customers and with stakeholders.

**PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Search, review and evaluate Bids and Tenders for opportunities that fit with our catalogue;
- Lead the initiation and planning of a project to ensure technical feasibility while working with clients to detail specific deliverables and timelines;
- Develop a detailed plan to monitor and track the progress of a project detailing milestones and phases;
- Manage relationships between subcontractors, clients, and all stakeholders while providing great technical support along with accurate and realistic timelines;
- Communicate and gather information required to prepare a comprehensive, bid, tender or quotation;
- Manage relationships with our vendors, customers, as well as our bonding and insurance partners;
- Other duties as assigned.

**KNOWLEDGE AND SKILL REQUIREMENTS**

1. Advanced communication skills, written and verbal;
2. Management and leadership skills;
3. Proven budgeting and financial knowledge;
4. Familiarity in CCDC documents and the Ontario Building Code;
5. Must be a strong collaborator, great teammate and individual contributor with a strong execution mindset and flexibility to manage multiple projects at any given time. Focus on delivery and business impact with strong analytical and quantitative skills.

6. Can think both strategically and tactically with strong emotional intelligence, excellent social skills, and the ability to act judiciously and compassionately. Be passionate and have a strong aptitude for developing people, by bringing high energy and passionate outlook to the job to positively influence those around you. Create a sense of trust and rapport that creates an appropriate and effective workplace;
7. Persistence despite obstacles or setbacks, comfort with ambiguity, flexibility in adjusting to new, different, and rapidly changing business requirements and decisions. Experience in creating and aligning dynamic and measurable goals of the organization with short cadence.

8. Experience working successfully with virtual/global teams, effectively adapting to local operating models and culture, competency in MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Project, MS Power BI and other MS products needed

9. Past experience with automotive lifting equipment will be considered an asset, however product knowledge training will be provided. Must be mechanically inclined and experience working with tools.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $45,000.00-$65,000.00 per year
