**Job Overview**
**Responsibilities**
- Greet and assist tenants as well as visitors at the office, providing exceptional customer service.
- Schedule appointments for potential tenants.
- Perform data entry tasks, ensuring accuracy in tenants records and documentation.
- Assist with billing processes, including familiarity with QuickBooks for invoicing and payment tracking.
- Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders as necessary.
- Support administrative functions such as filing, scanning documents, and preparing reports.
- Collaborate with team members to improve office processes and enhance customer support.
**Requirements**:
- Previous experience in an administrative role is preferred; experience in a residential building or office is a plus.
- Strong customer service skills with a friendly demeanor.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks performed.
- Ability to communicate clearly and professionally with clients and colleagues.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and willingness to learn new skills.
- Functional French is a must.
Pay: $19.00-$20.00 per hour
