**About Netsui Sushi**:Netsui Sushi & Japanese Grill is a standout culinary destination in YYC’s Concourse E, consistently praised for its **fresh, flavorful Japanese fare**, **friendly service**, and **excellent value** for travelers.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Prepare and assemble sushi and sashimi orders, including nigiri, maki rolls, specialty rolls, and other cold menu items.
- Maintain food quality and presentation standards.
- Keep the work area clean, sanitized, and organized.
- Operate efficiently during peak periods—deliver speed without compromise.
- Collaborate with teammates (sushi prep, ramen stations, front-of-house) to ensure smooth service and timely order fulfillment.

**Schedule**:

- Shifts fall between **8:00 AM and 7:00 PM (occasionally until 8:00 PM)**, depending on flight schedules and operational needs.
- Full-time or part time position; weekend and holiday availability preferred but not required.

**Qualifications**:

- Prior experience as a sushi chef or sushi prep cook is preferred, especially in fast-casual or high-volume environments.
- Strong knife skills and knowledge of sushi preparation techniques.
- Commitment to cleanliness, food safety, and kitchen hygiene.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to manage multiple orders while maintaining consistency.
- **Able to pass and maintain an airport security/background check as required by Transport Canada.**:

- **Legally eligible to work in Canada.**Must already be located in Calgary, AB (no relocation assistance provided).
