**Core Objective**:
The **Core Objective **of Shop Lead Hand is to work with the shop team members and over see them completing theirs tasks while producing high quality millwork on a predictable schedule as laid out by the Operations Manager

**Key Performance Indicators**:

- Shipping all jobs complete and on time

**Responsibilities**:
Lead and manage the day-to-day operations of Troico's workshop, including scheduling, inventory management, and quality control.

Supervise a team of skilled craftsmen and artisans, providing guidance and support to ensure projects are completed to the highest standards.

Collaborate with our interior designers to interpret design specifications and ensure seamless execution of custom millwork and furniture pieces.

Oversee safety protocols and ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards.

Maintain efficient workflow processes to maximize productivity and meet project deadlines.

**Requirements**:
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $30.00-$50.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 - 40 per week

Flexible Language Requirement:

- French not required

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed

Supplemental pay types:

- Overtime pay

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Coquitlam, BC V3K 6W1: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (preferred)
