**Responsibilities**:

- Assist clients in buying, selling, and renting properties
- Provide guidance and support throughout the entire real estate transaction process
- Conduct market research and analysis to determine property values
- Create and maintain listings of available properties
- Show properties to potential buyers or tenants
- Communicate and negotiate offers between buyers and sellers
- Prepare and review contracts, leases, and other legal documents
- Coordinate property inspections and appraisals
- Collaborate with other real estate professionals, such as mortgage lenders, home inspectors, and attorneys
- Stay up-to-date with real estate market trends and changes

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a real estate agent or similar role
- Strong organizational skills to manage multiple clients and properties simultaneously
- Multilingual skills are a plus, as it allows for effective communication with diverse clientele
- Excellent customer service skills to build and maintain relationships with clients
- Administrative skills to handle paperwork, contracts, and other documentation accurately and efficiently
- Knowledge of property management principles is beneficial for assisting clients with rental properties
- Bilingual abilities are advantageous for serving clients who speak different languages

**Salary**: $50,485.03-$246,627.10 per year

Expected hours: 30 per week
