After Sales Process Intern

**A Snapshot of Your Day**

Your Tasks:

- **Customer Support**
- Work in collaboration with the Engineering and uality teams to support customers with inquiries and complaints.
- ** Process Management**:

- Review Customer Care Initiatives project and support the team to deploy further actions as well as enhance initiatives already implemented.
- ** Process Improvement**:

- Review current After Sales workflows and identify areas for improvement.
- Analyze data and metrics to identify bottlenecks and inefficiencies.
- Propose and implement process enhancements to streamline operations.
- ** Process Alignment**:

- Review and revise existing procedures to ensure they accurately reflect current practices.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure consistency and clarity in all processes.
- ** Automation Initiatives**:

- Identify trends in order data, analyze customer feedback and work alongside the Operational Excellence team to identify opportunities for system automation.
- Assist in the development and implementation of automation solutions to reduce manual tasks.
- Develop automation for after sales order tracking to complete the project cycle.
- ** Workflow Analysis**:

- Identify opportunities to streamline processes while maintaining accuracy and efficiency.

**Requirements**:

- Must be currently enrolled (or recently concluded) an Engineering program.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent attention to detail, organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Basic understanding of process improvement methodologies is preferred.
