**A Snapshot of Your Day**

We're looking for a student to join Trench Canada Instrument Transformers as a 6-month Order Management Process Intern. In this position excellent communication skills (written and verbal) to assist our team in ensuring smooth operations across the order lifecycle is essential. Furthermore, you'll be responsible for supporting the Order Management team and contributing to process improvements.

Your Tasks:

- **Assist with Order Entry**: Input orders accurately into the system, ensuring all necessary details are captured.
- ** Support Drawing Release**: Help manage and distribute technical drawings on time, ensuring proper documentation.
- ** Process Improvement**: Collaborate with the team to identify and implement improvements in order management processes.
- ** Data Entry & Updating**: Maintain and update data related to orders, ensuring accuracy and consistency.
- ** Communication Hub**: Collaborate with internal teams, keeping them informed through clear and proactive communication. Help report on order status and suggest solutions for potential issues.
- ** Data Guardian**: Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) related to order management and customer satisfaction.
- ** Reporting**: Assist in preparing reports to track order progress and identify areas for improvement.
- ** Team Support**: Provide support to the Order Management Team Lead and team in various tasks, ensuring deadlines are met.

**Requirements**:

- Currently pursuing a degree in Business, Supply Chain, Operations Management, or a related field.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
- Interest in process improvement and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- SAP experience considered an asset.
- PowerBI, Alteryx, and Tableau experience considered an asset.
