**Job Position: Service Writer**

**Location**: Westbrook Truck Repair, a leading provider of heavy/light truck and trailer maintenance and repair services in Kingston, Ontario, is seeking a skilled Service Writer to join our team.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Greet customers and handle inquiries regarding vehicle maintenance and repairs.
- Prepare accurate service estimates and explain required repairs to customers.
- Schedule appointments and manage service orders efficiently.
- Liaise between customers and our mechanics, ensuring clear communication.
- Update customers on the status of their vehicles and inform them of any additional work required.
- Maintain detailed records of services performed and customer information.
- Provide excellent customer service, resolving concerns promptly and professionally.

**Requirements**:

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience in customer service in the automotive industry.
- Basic knowledge of vehicle mechanics and maintenance.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in computer systems for processing orders and scheduling.

Pay: $20.00-$25.00 per hour
