- Provide personalized service and resolve concerns to maintain high satisfaction.
- Accurately identify parts needs and diagnose requirements using PBS computer system.
- Advise customers on repair, maintenance, and costs, and manage part deliveries.
- Respond to phone inquiries and maintain accurate inventory data.
- Stay updated on training, promotions, and new products.
- Consistently provide excellent customer service and develop new business.
- Keep up to date with products and prices.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent computer and organizational abilities.
- Adaptable, reliable, and results-driven with attention to detail.
- Previous automotive dealership experience and experience with PBS is considered an asset
