**Assistant Superintendent (Civil Construction)**
As an Assistant Superintendent you will assist the Superintendent in site management for all phases on our Civil Environmental construction project including coordinating site staff, materials and equipment. Maple Reinders is a growing organization and we are continually winning new work. With that come new experiences and new challenges.
At Maple, we look for leaders who can:
- ** Assist in coordinating, controlling and directing the work of subcontractors working on various phases of the project.**:
- ** Understand contracts and scope of work to ensure the scope of work is clearly communicated to trades.**:
- ** Assist in developing and executing project work plans aimed at keeping projects on track and on budget.**
- ** 6 months to 1 year of experience assisting the supervision of Heavy Civil construction projects with a General Contractor.**:
- ** Post-secondary education, CET or equivalent.**:
- ** Willingness to travel as required.**

**Salary Range: $75,000 - $85,000**
The Assistant Superintendent is a key member of Maple Reinders’ project team and is critical to the success of each project they support. We want you to succeed and we are prepared to get you there by investing in you. We offer extensive training through our “Centre of Learning” to facilitate your career growth through programs such as LEED, Gold Seal and “lunch and learns”.
