**Job Description**:
**Assistant Superintendent (Civil Construction)**

As an Assistant Superintendent you will assist the Superintendent in site management for all phases on our Civil Environmental construction project including coordinating site staff, materials and equipment. Maple Reinders is a growing organization and we are continually winning new work. With that come new experiences and new challenges.

At Maple, we look for leaders who can:

- ** Assist in coordinating, controlling and directing the work of subcontractors working on various phases of the project.**:

- ** Understand contracts and scope of work to ensure the scope of work is clearly communicated to trades.**:

- ** Assist in developing and executing project work plans aimed at keeping projects on track and on budget.**
- ** 6 months to 1 year of experience assisting the supervision of Heavy Civil construction projects with a General Contractor.**:

- ** Post-secondary education, CET or equivalent.**:

- ** Willingness to travel as required.**
