The Position(s) Will Include The Following Live in position with a Rent-Free Apartment Compensation: $25,000 On-the-job Training Cell phone and parking provided Duties And Responsibilities Administrative office duties; Show vacant apartments to prospective residents; Leasing experience Ensure cleanliness of public areas & corridors; Prepare apartments for new residents; Completing Move In and Move Out Inspections; Facilitate work orders and perform minor maintenance; Other grounds maintenance; Addressing resident concerns effectively and promptly; Always maintaining positive safety and security; Respond appropriately and professionally to emergencies; Maintain fire safety and winter logs; Follow an "on call" schedule; Other duties as assigned by Manager Essential Skills Customer Service Experienced Individual in Administration; Experienced Individual with Maintenance/Handyman Skills Computer Knowledge (Email, Word, Excel); Experience with Yardi and Property Vista an asset; Oral communication; Working with others; Minimum of 2 years of experience Schedule Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM (on-call) Evenings and weekends on-call as needed Work Location In person Cogir is committed to ensuring that all employment practices are inclusive.
