Don’t search anymorePositionCogir Real Estate is seeking a Live-In Superintendent – Maintenancemember to join our multi-residential building complex located at 170 & 174-178 Grove Street East, Barrie. The position(s) will include the following:Live in position with a Rent-Free ApartmentCompensation:$25,000On-the-job TrainingCell phone andparking provided ResponsibilitiesAdministrative office duties;Show vacant apartments to prospective residents;Leasing experienceEnsure cleanliness of public areas & corridors;Prepare apartments for new residents;Completing Move In and Move Out Inspections;Facilitate work orders and perform minor maintenance;Other grounds maintenance;Addressing resident concerns effectively and promptly;Always maintaining positive safety and security;Respond appropriately and professionally to emergencies;Maintain fire safety and winter logs;Follow an "on call" schedule;Other duties as assigned by ManagerEssential SkillsCustomer ServiceExperienced Individual in Administration;Experienced Individual with Maintenance/Handyman SkillsComputer Knowledge (Email, Word, Excel);Experience with Yardi and Property Vista an asset;Oral communication;Working with others;Minimum of 2 years of experienceScheduleMonday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM (on-call)Evenings and weekends on-call as neededWork LocationIn personCogir is committed to ensuring that all employment practices are inclusive.
