We are crafting the next generation of analytic tools for all of Workday's HCM, Financial Management, and Planning customers, enabling them to catalog, mine, and explore their critical business data. We build our Analytics solutions using the most modern technologies, providing an unparalleled level of agility, ease-of-use, and delivery of insights. About the Role

If you love to collaborate with design, engineering, and your fellow product managers to build experiences that enable customers to make better business decisions with data - then this role is for you You will work primarily on our Report Writer product which is the backbone of all reporting carried out by our customers. You will maintain and evolve this critical area of Workday as well as integrating with existing Workday capabilities and other interfaces that will be developed in parallel by related teams.

About You- Use your business intelligence, analytics, and reporting background to execute on the vision for Reporting and Analytics.- Identify, specify, and prioritize features and capabilities through direct input with customers, analysts, developers and architects, and your knowledge of the domain.- Collaborate with the Workday support team, and QA to triage customer reported issues for the components you own.- Act as the Product Owner in one or more scrum teams by writing and prioritizing user stories, grooming the backlog, keeping the team focused, and communicating to stakeholders regularly.-
- Be the product champion externally, and passionate voice of the customer internally.- Program Management - balance multiple projects, meet deadlines, deliver results.- Basic Qualifications - Product Manager- 4+ years experience in Product Management or role that builds Workday reporting and analytic solutions-
- 2+ years in business intelligence or analytics domain-
- Basic Qualifications - Senior Product Manager- 6+ years experience in Product Management or role that builds Workday reporting and analytic solutions-
- 4+ years in business intelligence or analytics domain-
- Other Qualifications- Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to adjust to different perspectives and people of varied technical ability-
- You are a fast learner, detail oriented and should enjoy a fast-paced work environment-
- You have excellent analytical, collaboration, verbal and written communication skills.-
- You have experience with web technologies or SaaS-
- You have a BA / BS / BE degreeA bit about our Vancouver office:
