  • As the Systems Administrator, you will be a vital member within End User Computing in Information Technology (IT). You will provide direct technical support within the team and to clients across the corporation. Participation in 24x7 on-call support is required. Primary duties include:
  • Monitor the team's support queue, providing assistance to the Enterprise Service Desk, team members and other support teams.
  • Support, monitor, and maintain a Windows 11 managed endpoint environment.
  • Support and monitor Microsoft Azure.
  • Support and monitor Virtual Desktop Infrastructure.

**Qualifications**

  • A completed 2 year diploma in Computer Science or a related field, with at least 1 year of related experience.
  • Demonstrated knowledge and experience in supporting and managing Windows 11 is required.
  • Demonstrated Knowledge of Log Analytics KQL (Kusto Query Language) is required.
  • Customer service experience is essential.
  • Experience with Microsoft Active Directory, Microsoft Entra ID, Microsoft Azure, PowerShell, Group Policies, Power BI, and Microsoft Intune technologies will be considered assets.
  • Experience with Microsoft Sentinel and Microsoft Defender for Endpoint would be considered an asset.
  • Experience of hardening a Windows 11 endpoint in a large organization of 15,000 devices would be considered an asset.
  • Success in this position requires excellent technical, analytical, communication, organizational, and time management skills.
  • Applicants must be able to work independently, as well in a team environment.
