Manufacturing company seeking Office Administrator
**Location**: Bowmanville, ON
**Hours**: Monday to Friday, 8:00AM to 4:30PM
**Start Date**: ASAP
**Wage**: Based on experience and skill
**ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Procurement and research of materials, industrial hardware, equipment and supplies
- Compile order entries, receiving logs, inspection test plans and shipping documents
- Provide support to Quality Assurance Manager and Quality Assurance Inspector
- Assisting with shipping and receiving
- Coordinating and running errands
- Scheduling of couriers and delivery/pick up services
- Answering phones and directing calls
- Communicate directly with management and other stakeholders as required.
- Effectively manage multiple tasks under tight timelines.
- Understand safety concepts.
- Other tasks, as required.
**EXPERIENCE**
- Experience in an office administrator position, preferably in a manufacturing industry
- Knowledge of drawings/blueprints is an asset
**SKILLS**
- Detail oriented with strong numbers aptitude
- Ability to multi-task and manage own time for maximum productivity
- Strong and effective communication
- Goal orientated and self-motivated
