Must be available: Monday-Friday: 8:00am-5:00pm.

**Responsibilities**
- Licensing
- Review all documentation pertaining to the sales agreement with every customer to ensure all information is correct
- Work closely with Financial Services Manager
- Communicating with Advisors, Sales Representative and Managers on deliveries
- Working closely with accounting to on closing of sales contracts
- Following up on outstanding financial contracts

**Qualifications**
- Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office
- Excellent written and communication skills.
- Exceptional organizational skills
- Demonstrate a high level of attention to detail.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $45,000.00-$50,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Bowmanville, ON L1E0L4: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- Secondary School (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Administrative Assistant: 5 years (preferred)
- Microsoft Office: 5 years (preferred)
