As a key role of the team, you will have the opportunity to:
- Efficiently handle administrative tasks (invoicing, payment follow-ups, record keeping) to ensure smooth and effective management;
- Respond to clients with professionalism and empathy, offering tailored solutions that make a real difference.
- Coordinate vendor management tasks, including maintaining relationships with suppliers.
- Assist with budgeting processes by tracking expenses and preparing reports.
- Support human resources functions such as onboarding new employees and maintaining employee records.
- Utilize phone systems effectively to manage calls and messages.
**Boost Sales and Business Development**
- Prepare and present quotes for our pile installation projects;
- Build strong relationships with contractors and homeowners to generate new opportunities;
- Actively participate in sales and contribute to company growth;
- Conduct strategic research to identify new clients and promising projects.

- Attend professional events, conferences, and business breakfasts to showcase our expertise;
- Ensure the company meets all necessary construction industry requirements and registrations.
**What You Bring to the Team**:
- Strong written and verbal communication skills that inspire confidence;
- Excellent organizational skills and ability to prioritize multiple projects;
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite;
- Experience or knowledge in the construction field (a plus);
- College diploma or equivalent in accounting or secretarial studies.
