**Job Summary**

**Responsibilities**
- Lead and manage the kitchen staff, providing guidance and support to ensure efficient operations.
- Develop and design creative menus that align with seasonal ingredients and customer preferences.
- Ensure all food is prepared according to safety and hygiene regulations, maintaining high standards of food handling.
- Supervise food preparation and presentation to guarantee quality and consistency across all dishes.
- Collaborate with front-of-house staff to ensure seamless service and enhance the overall guest experience.
- Monitor inventory levels, order supplies, and manage kitchen budgets effectively.
- Train new kitchen staff on cooking techniques, safety protocols, and restaurant policies.
- Stay updated on industry trends, incorporating new techniques and flavors into menu offerings.

**Experience**
- Proven experience as a Head Chef or in a similar role within the food service industry.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a diverse team.
- In-depth knowledge of various cooking techniques, cuisines, and food presentation styles.
- Experience in restaurant management, including staff supervision and training.
- Familiarity with bartending practices is a plus for enhancing beverage pairings with menu items.
- Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with both kitchen and front-of-house teams.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $22.00-$33.00 per hour

Schedule:

- Holidays
- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed
