**Hiring **_**Barista**_ **and/or **_**Cook**_

**Schedule**:Friday, Saturday, Sunday.

**Skills and Qualitifcations**:

- 1+ Years of customer service and/or commercial kitchen experience.
- Happy, energetic, friendly, caring, attention to detail, and punctual
- Passionate about coffee, tea, food and hospitality.
- Strong social skills, and form relationships
- Ability to read people and situations
- Adaptable, team oriented, coachable, always looking to improve
- Ability to learn quickly
- Culinary school and/or food handler's certificate is a plus

**Shared Key Responsibilities**:

- Strong understanding of drink and food menu offerings
- Take guests orders through POS system
- Adhering to local public health guidelines to safely produce foodstuffs.
- Commitment to uphold Reset Coffee Bar's values
- Bring food/drinks to guests, bus and clean tables when finished.
- Attending to customer's requests
- Cook_**:_
- Prep food according to chef's instructions following standardized recipes
- Execute dishes a la carte style while maintaining a clean environment
- Clean and dry dishes, equipment, and maintain cafe as needed
- Barista: _
- Gatekeeper of coffee quality, constantly tasting and dialing in coffee
- Execute drinks as guided by head barista and remember recipes
- Create great experiences and connections with guests

**Wage**: $15.50

**Supplemental Pay**:Tips

Part-time hours: 16 - 20 per week
