**The Corporation of the Township of North Huron is recruiting one (1) individual to fill the role of**:
**Human Resources/Health and Safety Manager**

**(Permanent Full-Time)**

The Human Resources/Health and Safety Manager is responsible for providing technical expertise and administrative support for human resources and health and safety functions. The Human Resources/Health and Safety Manager is also responsible for assisting with the implementation and maintenance of all corporate human resource, and health and safety policies, assisting with long-range human resources strategic initiatives, championing the corporate mission, vision, values as well as ensuring compliance with all legislative requirements and Township standards.
- College Diploma in human resources, business administration or related discipline is required
- CHRP and/or CHRL designation is preferred
- Payroll knowledge and health and safety certification is an asset

**Qualifications for Employment include**:

- Strong interpersonal skills
- Excellent customer service skills
- Strong organizational skills

Applicants must be prepared to work 37.5 hours per week Monday to Friday between 8:30 a.m. and 4:30 p.m. Compensation includes group health benefits and participation in the OMERS pension plan. Further information on the position is available on the Township of North Huron website.

Pay: $37.38-$47.50 per hour

Expected hours: 37.5 per week
