**Job Title: Estimator / Project Manager**

**The Role**:
We’re looking for a hands-on Project Manager with experience in fabrication and manufacturing to oversee projects from start to finish. You’ll be responsible for estimating job costs and quoting pricing, coordinating workflows, managing timelines, mitigating risks, and ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Quote, plan, schedule, and prioritize fabrication and repair projects to meet deadlines.
- Manage projects with a scope of work ranging for $200 to $200,000, ensuring efficiency, quality, and timely delivery.
- Coordinate with shop floor teams, engineers, and clients to ensure clear communication and smooth operations.
- Identify and resolve production bottlenecks, material delays, and technical challenges.
- Manage risk by anticipating potential issues and implementing proactive solutions.
- Oversee quality control and ensure all work meets industry and safety standards.
- Optimize resource allocation (materials, labor, equipment) for maximum efficiency.
- Provide leadership and problem-solving support to the fabrication team.

What We’re Looking For:

- 10+ years of experience in fabrication welding, or manufacturing (shop environment preferred).
- Strong project management skills with a track record of meeting deadlines.
- Excellent communication and leadership abilities —able to work with both shop teams and clients.
- Problem-solving mindset with experience in repair work and troubleshooting.
- Knowledge of risk management in a manufacturing/fabrication setting.
- Ability to read blueprints, understand fabrication processes, and manage workflow priorities.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $34.00-$38.00 per hour
