In this role, you will work closely with the Plant Supervisor and Plant Manager, making real impact on both daily operations and shaping long-term improvements.As our Quality Management Supervisor, you will:Quality Systems and ComplianceDevelop, implement, and maintain quality control procedures and standards.Lead internal and third-party audits to ensure compliance with HACCP, CIPRS, BRC, and safety regulations.Maintain the Quality Manual and Canadian Grain Sampling Manual.Audits, Reporting and Continuous ImprovementMonitor and analyze quality performance metrics including downtime, maintenance, and trends.Investigate and resolve quality issues and customer inquiries.Prepare and present reports on quality trends, non-conformances, and process improvements.Collaborate with other departments to improve product quality.Issue IP Contracts and ensure grower compliance with requirements.Operational SupportOversee Bagging Plant and Trucking Scheduling.Review inventory levels for shipping.Complete housekeeping walkthroughs and traffic flow management.What We Are Looking For:Post-secondary education in office administration, agriculture, related field, or equivalent experience.Minimum one (1) year of experience in a quality management role preferably in an agriculture or food processing setting.Understanding of quality management systems and food safety regulations including HACCP, CIPRS, BRC.Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.We Would Love to Hear From YouAre you ready to grow your career in agriculture?
