**Position Overview**:
As the first point of contact with our Members, the **Client Service Coordinator** is a critical part of the **FBC** team. They demonstrate a positive energy and consistently provides exceptional customer service to FBC Members.

**Please note that this position will report directly to the MCC Supervisor and work on a daily basis in our**Calgary** branch office.**
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Provide exemplary customer service to FBC Members.
- Collaborate with other team members/departments to answer member questions and exceed Member expectations.
- Direct questions and concerns to the appropriate channels for resolution, while also addressing concerns independently as needed.
- Prepare, review and file confidential documents, reports and other correspondence materials.
**Qualifications**:
**Education and Experience**
- 2+ years of direct customer service experience, delivering exceptional support.
- Business Administration diploma or certificate with a focus on bookkeeping, accounting, or related fields is a strong asset.
**Knowledge, Skills and Abilities**:
- Great at using good judgment to build strong customer relationships.
- Tax knowledge and/or bookkeeping skills would be considered an asset.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with well-developed telephone skills.
- An aptitude for learning.
- Superior organizational skills.
- Superior time management skills with the ability to multi-task and prioritize appropriately.
- A working knowledge of MS Office.
