**Overview**

**Duties**
- Provide excellent customer service to clients, assisting with inquiries and resolving issues related to fuel access and cardlock operations.
- Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently to maintain up-to-date records.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Support inventory management by tracking fuel levels and placing orders as needed.
- Organize and file documents systematically to ensure easy retrieval.
- Utilize computer systems to manage schedules, appointments, and office supplies.
- Proofread documents for accuracy and clarity before distribution.
- Type correspondence, reports, and other documents as needed.
- Support team members with various administrative tasks as required.

**Qualifications**
- Proficient in using phone systems with strong phone etiquette skills.
- Experience with data entry and maintaining accurate records.
- Strong customer service skills with a focus on client satisfaction.
- Ability to organize files effectively and maintain an orderly office environment.
- Excellent proofreading skills with attention to detail in written communication.
- Strong typing skills with the ability to produce documents quickly and accurately.
- Previous experience in an office setting is preferred but not required.

Pay: From $22.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
