**Overview**

**Responsibilities**
- Manage day-to-day property operations, including tenant relations and maintenance coordination.
- Handle administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and maintaining accurate records of property activities.
- Negotiate lease agreements and renewals while ensuring compliance with property regulations.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing tenant inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Maintain an organized office environment, ensuring all files are up-to-date and accessible.
- Conduct regular property inspections to ensure compliance with safety standards and address any necessary repairs.

**Qualifications**
- Proven experience in property management or a related field is preferred.
- Strong sales skills with the ability to effectively negotiate terms with tenants and vendors.
- Excellent office administration skills, including proficiency in data entry and file management.
- Exceptional customer service skills with a focus on building positive relationships.
- Strong phone etiquette and communication skills to interact professionally with tenants and vendors.
- Ability to work independently while managing multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $25,000.00-$45,000.00 per year
