**_ Position Summary_**

**_ Key Duties & Responsibilities_**
- Respond to client inquiries and solve problems, while maintaining good client relations.
- Perform daily receipt reconciliation.
- Pick up incoming checks from a PO box.
- Accurately allocate cash on a debtor and client level.
- Check figures, postings, and documents for accuracy of posting.
- Collaborate with the Collections, Operations, and Finance departments in investigation of unauthenticated payments.
- Perform other duties as required.

**_ Required Knowledge, Skills & Abilities_**
- Ability to learn and use new computer software
- Effective time management and organization skills with an ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
- Excellent attention to detail and high accuracy
- Strong analytical, critical-thinking, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

**_ Education & Experience_**
- College or University degree, preferably in Accounting or Finance, or equivalent experience
- 1 year of AR or billing experience
