**AI Integration & Project Optimization Specialist**

We are seeking a forward-thinking **AI Integration & Project Optimization Specialist** to help lead our next phase of growth. This unique hybrid role bridges traditional construction management with technology adoption — integrating AI-driven tools while also supporting estimating and project delivery.

**Key Responsibilities**
**AI Strategy & Integration**
- Develop and implement a roadmap for AI adoption across estimating, scheduling, and project management functions.
- Identify operational inefficiencies and match them with suitable AI tools to enhance accuracy, safety, and productivity.
**Estimating & Streamlining**
- Implement AI-assisted estimating tools to streamline takeoffs and pricing workflows.
- Review drawings, specifications, and addenda to prepare accurate cost estimates and tender submissions.
- Solicit and analyze subcontractor and supplier pricing, ensuring completeness and accuracy.
**Data & Training Leadership**
- Establish and maintain consistent data collection practices for AI integration.
- Train and mentor internal teams to improve digital literacy and encourage adoption of new technologies.
**Performance & Vendor Management**
- Define and track key performance indicators for AI initiatives and construction outcomes.
- Research, evaluate, and liaise with AI and construction software vendors to identify best-fit solutions.
**Qualifications & Experience**
- Familiarity with AI concepts (machine learning, predictive analytics, computer vision) or a strong interest in learning them.
- Proficiency with estimating platforms and project management.
- Ability to read and interpret construction drawings, contracts, and specifications.
- Strong communication and organizational skills; able to bridge field operations and technology implementation.
- Proactive, innovative mindset with the confidence to lead change.
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to visit project sites as needed.
