About This Role

As a Machine Learning Engineer, you'll be responsible for developing and deploying AI models that power our risk assessment and prediction capabilities. You'll work with large-scale datasets from multiple sources to build models that can accurately predict supply chain disruptions, supplier failures, and compliance risks.

Key Responsibilities

- Design and implement ML models for risk assessment and prediction using Python, TensorFlow/PyTorch
- Build data pipelines for real-time feature engineering from multiple data sources
- Optimize model performance and deployment strategies for production environments
- Collaborate with data scientists and domain experts to improve model accuracy
- Implement MLOps best practices including model versioning, monitoring, and A/B testing
- Develop APIs for model serving and integration with our platform
- Research and implement new ML techniques for supply chain applications

What You'll Bring

- 3+ years experience with Python, TensorFlow/PyTorch in production ML systems
- Strong background in statistics, machine learning, and data science
- Experience with data engineering, ETL pipelines, and big data technologies
- Knowledge of cloud ML platforms (AWS SageMaker, Azure ML) and MLOps tools
- Experience with production ML model deployment and monitoring
- Understanding of supply chain domain or willingness to learn quickly
- Experience with real-time data processing and streaming analytics
