**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and manage digital marketing campaigns on platforms like Facebook and Google Ads.
- Create and test variations of ad copies and landing page designs using AI-driven tools to maximize conversion rates.
- Utilize WordPress, Unbounce, Mailchimp, and HubSpot for content management and marketing automation.
- Analyze user behavior and campaign performance using tools like Mouseflow and Google Analytics 4 (GA4) to derive actionable insights for CRO.
- Implement system automations using Zapier and integrate AI functionalities such as ChatGPT to streamline operations.
- Generate human-like articles and blogs using AI to support content marketing efforts.
- Work under pressure to produce high-quality leads within budget constraints; efficiency and cost-effectiveness are paramount.

**Qualifications**:

- 3+ years of experience in running effective online advertising campaigns and CRO.
- Experience with web development platforms like WordPress and landing page builders such as Unbounce.
- Expertise in social media marketing and digital content creation.
- Ability to work quickly and efficiently, with a proven track record of generating tangible results.
