**Job Overview**
We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Line Cook/Prep Cook to join our dynamic kitchen team. In this role, you will be responsible for preparing high-quality meals in a fast-paced environment while adhering to food safety standards. Your attention to detail and commitment to excellence will contribute to our restaurant's reputation for outstanding food service.

**Responsibilities**
- Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and restaurant standards.
- Assist in meal preparation, ensuring all ingredients are prepped and ready for service.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area, including workstations and storage areas.
- Follow food safety protocols and proper food handling techniques at all times.
- Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure efficient workflow during busy service periods.
- Help with inventory management by monitoring stock levels and reporting shortages.
- Participate in daily kitchen operations, including cleaning, stocking, and maintaining equipment.

**Qualifications**
- Previous experience in food preparation or cooking in a restaurant setting is preferred.
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices in the food industry.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong teamwork skills with a positive attitude towards collaboration.
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends as needed.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $17.20-$20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 - 40 per week
