**Responsibilities**
- Work with cross-functional teams from across the company to improve the efficiency and productivity of the company's manufacturing processes.
- Participate in the design and implementation of automated systems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for automation and continuous improvement.
- Troubleshoot and coordinate maintenance of automation systems.
- Coordinate the development of documentation for automation systems.
- Train staff in the use of automated systems.
- Lead business process reengineering efforts to streamline operations, including the design and implementation of a warehouse management system.
- Participate in the redesign or improvement of existing equipment and production lines to maximize efficiency and safety.
- Analyze plant floor operations and identify opportunities for business process improvement through automation or other means.

**Qualifications**
- Bachelor’s degree or college diploma in engineering, automation, or a related field, or extensive related experience.
- Experience with automation systems in a manufacturing environment.
- Experience leading multiple projects in a project management role.
- Strong problem-solving skills.
- Self-motivated, possessing strong leadership, communication and analytical skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent communication skills.
