Qualifications Diploma in Automation Engineering Technology, Mechatronics, Computer Science, or related field. 5+ years of experience in automation systems design, programming, and implementation. Experience leading and mentoring technical teams. Bonus Points Proficiency in PLC, SCADA, Python, or similar automation programming tools. Strong understanding of automation architecture and system design principles. Excellent problem‑solving and analytical skills. Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize effectively. Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
