Happy Goat Coffee Co. is seeking an energetic and experienced Café Manager to lead its Sandy Hill location

As a Happy Goat Coffee Co. Café Manager, your primary role is to provide leadership for your team, set the bar for excellence, act as an ambassador for the company, adhere to and enforce optimal health and safety standards and compliance, and maintain exemplary customer relations. You are expected to adhere to the company policies and procedures and to support your team to do the same.

Additional pay:

Schedule:

- Up to 8 hour shifts
- Holidays
- Monday to Friday (7am - 7pm)
- Weekends

**Experience**:

- Food & Beverage service industry experience required ( 3-5 years min)
- Management experience required (1 year min)

**Salary**: From $17.00 per hour
