E-commerce Accounts Manager

The E-Commerce Specialist is a key member of the company’s marketing team, reporting directly to the VP of Sales. In this multifaceted e-commerce role, the E-Commerce Specialist will assume responsibility for all key e-commerce platforms. This includes conveying a consistent brand image for SUNPAN that attracts customers and leads to higher online sales conversion across the SUNPAN B2B e-commerce site and B2C e-commerce partner sites.

**PRINCIPAL FUNCTIONS & OBJECTIVES**
- Take responsibility and accountability for all e-commerce platforms as well as company e-commerce platform
- Develop and maintain reporting to monitor performance, product sales and trends to be shared within the organization
- Ensure each e-commerce customer meets and/or exceeds sales goals and gross margin objectives
- Own the master data sheet, ensuring all required specs and content are captured and optimized for e-commerce platforms
- Ensure accuracy of data, imagery and active product offering on Sunpan and partner e-commerce sites at all times
- Develop enhanced content for all products to promote features and benefits and improve conversion
- Create additional content on partner sites to further promote the company, collections and products, including updating the brand pages

JOB PROFILE
- Work closely with product team to ensure all information and specs are captured
- Work closely with creative and photography teams to ensure product imagery is captured
- Work closely with logistics team to ensure inventory feeds are properly loaded, and fulfillment of orders are performing within acceptable targets
- Work closely with sales and marketing team to develop promotions for the online partner sites
- Manage all e-commerce portals, and become the key point of contact between each partner sites account manager and Sunpan
- Collaborate cross functionally to identify opportunities for product development based on competitive research and market trends
- Perform competitive analysis to report on the landscape of the online world, and propose opportunities for Sunpan to further capture share
- Communicate the progress of monthly/quarterly initiatives
- Manage adherence to MAP policy on e-commerce partner sites

**KEY SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE**
- Post secondary diploma/degree in Marketing or related discipline
- 3-5 years of E-Commerce experience, preferably in dealing with Amazon or other major online accounts
- Marketing, Sales, or Account Management experience required
- Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Word & PowerPoint and advanced in Excel
- Requires mínimal guidance; can work independently while also collaborate cross-functionally
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Highly organized, analytical, and detail oriented
- Self-starter, strategic thinker, and ambitious in nature
- Excellent interpersonal skills and experience working in a team environment
- Strong interest in the furniture, home décor, interiors, or lifestyle markets is an asset
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects at a time, while paying strict attention to detail
- Travel - Must have ability to travel to meet online partners in the United States and Canada as needed
