**Key Responsibilities**:
**Inventory and Product Management**:

- Assist in managing and maintaining accurate inventory records on platforms like Shopify and NetSuite.
- Help keep product listings up-to-date, ensuring they are accurate, visually appealing, and optimized for search engines.
- Support the implementation of promotions and ensure timely updates to product placement and site navigation.

**Website Management**:

- Assist in updating the website with live promotions, new product launches, and key communications in collaboration with the Marketing Manager.
- Ensure a smooth and user-friendly online shopping experience for customers.

**Customer Support**:

- Provide backend support for customer inquiries related to orders, returns, and product recommendations.
- Help resolve customer service issues, supporting the team in improving the overall online shopping experience.

**Digital Marketing & Content Creation**:

- Contribute to the development of social media content and online advertising initiatives.
- Help design promotional materials using tools like Canva or Adobe Creative Suite.

**Analytics and Reporting**:

- Monitor and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to support e-commerce strategies.
- Assist in generating reports on website performance, sales trends, and customer behaviour to support decision-making.

**General Support**:

- Stay informed about emerging e-commerce trends and suggest improvements to enhance the online experience.
- Support the creation of marketing assets for online and offline use as needed.
- Engage with customers and collect feedback to help improve product offerings and customer satisfaction.

**Qualifications**:

- 0-1 year of experience in e-commerce, digital marketing, or a related field.
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
- Basic understanding of SEO best practices and website management.
- Good communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

**Nice to Have**:

- Experience with Google Analytics and other e-commerce analytics tools.
- Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, or JavaScript for website updates.
- Experience with photo/video editing or other creative tools.
- Knowledge of advertising principles for online platforms.

**How to Apply**:
Pay: $35,000.00-$42,500.00 per year
