**ABOUT YOU**
- As an E-commerce Fulfillment Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the fulfillment operations within our e-commerce warehouse facility. Your primary focus will be on ensuring efficient order processing, accurate picking and packing, and timely shipment of products to customers. You will lead a team of fulfillment associates, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure operational excellence and customer satisfaction.

**ABOUT THE ROLE**
- Supervise day-to-day fulfillment operations, including order picking, packing, shipping, and returns processing.
- Monitor and manage inventory levels to ensure sufficient stock availability for fulfilling customer orders while minimizing excess inventory.
- Develop and implement standard operating procedures (SOPs) to streamline fulfillment processes, improve efficiency, and maintain quality standards.
- Train and mentor fulfillment associates on proper procedures, safety protocols, and use of equipment, such as barcode scanners and packaging machinery.
- Implement performance metrics and key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure productivity, accuracy, and order turnaround times.
- Analyze fulfillment data and performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement process enhancements to optimize efficiency.
- Coordinate with other departments, such as purchasing, customer service, and transportation, to resolve order-related issues and ensure seamless order fulfillment.
- Oversee the maintenance and calibration of fulfillment equipment and machinery to ensure proper functionality and safety compliance.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements related to e-commerce fulfillment operations.
- Collaborate with IT and warehouse management system (WMS) administrators to troubleshoot technical issues and optimize system functionality.
- Implement and enforce safety protocols and best practices to maintain a safe work environment for fulfillment associates.
- Stay informed about industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in e-commerce fulfillment and logistics.

**MUST HAVES**
- Proven experience in fulfillment operations, preferably within an e-commerce or retail environment.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a team.
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
- Proficiency in using warehouse management systems (WMS) and other fulfillment software.
- Ability to analyze data and interpret performance metrics to drive operational improvements.
- Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Problem-solving mindset with a focus on continuous improvement.
- Flexibility to work occasional evenings, weekends, or holidays as needed in a fast-paced e-commerce environment.
