Job Summary:
**Duties**:

- Greet and welcome patients in a courteous and professional manner
- Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries promptly
- Schedule appointments and manage the appointment calendar efficiently
- Verify insurance information and process insurance claims
- Collect payments and maintain financial records accurately
- Maintain patient records and update information as needed
- Assist with administrative tasks to ensure the smooth operation of the dental office

Qualifications:

- Experience working in a dental or medical office setting is preferred
- Proficiency in using dental software such as Dentrix or Epic
- Knowledge of medical terminology and procedures
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Familiarity with phone systems and front desk operations
