**Job Summary**:
Reliance Dental is seeking an experienced Dental Receptionist to help with the daily operations of our office.

**Responsibilities**:

- Maintaining and optimizing the schedule for hygiene and doctors.
- Answering patient’s questions and addressing any concerns professionally.
- Support duties such as sterilization, office cleaning, etc.
- Process accounts receivable and ensure payments are received in a timely manner from patients & insurance companies
- Daily processing/submitting insurance claims

**Requirements**:
**Excellent Communication, and Organization Skills**

** Great problem-solving skills.**

** Must be friendly, and professional**
- A high school diploma or relevant certification is required.
- A minimum of 3 years of dental administration experience is a must.
- Dedicated to delivering excellent customer service.
- Solid understanding of dental billing and insurance procedures.
- Previous dental experience is necessary.
- Experience with Dental Practice Management systems such as Dentrix would be an asset.

**Job Type**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: Based on experience

Schedule - Monday - Friday and 1 Saturday per month.

Pay: $22.00-$30.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 40 per week
