**Expectations**:

- ** Complete the **_Receiver Certificatio_**n conducted at Restaurant**:

- ** Follow the Off Load Process with respect to your specific Restaurant Roles**:

- Prepare each location for delivery; clear shelving for delivery by stocking up spaces in the front of the Restaurant
- Arrive 30 min prior to the expected delivery time
- Empty any boxes, put away product and/or rotate existing product prior to the delivery trucks arrival
- Time permitting; sweep and clean up Fridge and Freezer areas
- Check all products received against the packing slip to ensure accuracy for every pallet
- Inspect all products received to ensure no damaged or spoiled product
- If it is the ambient / refrigerated skid; ensure that the refrigerated product is unloaded and put away first
- Complete the Receiving Log, taking a minimum of three temperatures for each category and date frozen/refrigerated product along with any dry food item with the date received
- FIFO (first in. first out) rotation in freezers, fridge, and dry storage (inventory control)

**Schedule**:

- Tim Hortons Restaurants (3 in Oakville and 1 in Burlington)
- Monday is around 3 hours beginning at 6pm
- Tuesday is around 2 hours beginning at 5pm
- Wednesday is around 4 hours beginning at 5:30am
- Thursday is around 3 hours beginning at 6am
- Friday has no deliveries
- Saturday is around 4 hours beginning at 7am and then another hour at 7pm
- Sunday has no deliveries
