**Position Title**: Auto Parts Store Shipper/Receiver/Dispatcher

**Location**: Oakville, Ontario

**Type of Employment**:Full-time permanent

**Compensation**:Starting wage of $18.00 per hour commensurate on experience, and comprehensive group benefits

**Hours**
- 40 to 44 hours/week
- Monday to Friday
- Rotating Saturdays

**Position Summary**

As the Shipper/Receiver/Dispatcher, the individual will be required to efficiently check, pick, receive, ship, stock and organize automotive parts. They will help maintain the inventory and cleanliness of the store and effectively dispatch delivery drivers. The individual will support shipping/receiving duties in surrounding locations as necessary. They will be required to answer internal and external telephone calls and complete necessary paperwork in an accurate manner. Effective use of resources, such as the company database and parts catalogue will be required.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Support all store warehouse duties (picking orders, receiving, inventory control, shipping, stocking and organizing)
- Help control inventory and ensure product availability
- Coordinate the drivers for effective dispatching of vehicles
- Complete necessary paperwork in an accurate manner
- Collaborate with the main warehouse to resolve stock-related concerns
- Maintain a clean and organized store by keeping racking, shelves, pallet area, workstations and shared spaces neat (organize products, sweep, dust, sanitize and mop)
- Assist with supporting shipping/receiving duties at surrounding locations as necessary
- Efficiently and safely load auto parts onto delivery vehicles
- When required, answer inbound calls and ensure all calls are answered in a professional manner
- Other reasonable duties as assigned by the management team

**Key Requirements**
- ** A valid G Driver’s License and a clean 3-year driver’s abstract required**:

- Basic math skills and ability to sort alphanumerically
- Basic computer skills (e.g. ability to use Outlook, online database and web-based training)
- Picking, receiving, shipping, inventory control and stock maintenance experience an asset
- Driver dispatching experience as asset

**Physical Requirements**
- Ability to lift and move 10 lbs. (4.5 kg) to 50 lbs. (22.7 kg) safely and consistently
- Ability to walk, stand, sit, climb, balance, twist, lift and bend on a regular basis
