**As a Front Desk Supervisor, you’ll be responsible for**:
- Supervise and lead the front desk team, including front desk agents and concierge staff.
- Monitor and manage guest check-in and check-out procedures, resolving any guest issues or concerns.
- Train and mentor front desk staff, providing ongoing guidance and performance feedback.
- Maintain accurate records of room availability, rates, and reservations using hotel management software.
- Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints professionally and efficiently.
- Oversee cash handling procedures, including auditing cash drawers and preparing daily reports.
- Manage guest billing, invoicing, and payment processing.
- Assist in the preparation of occupancy reports, financial statements, and other administrative tasks.
**Skills and experience**:
- Proven experience in front desk operations, with a minimum of 1 years in a supervisory or leadership role.
- Self-motivator with outgoing personality, strong interpersonal communication and commitment to providing a high level of guest service.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills and numerical proficiency is an asset.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays.
- A positive team player attitude and a strong willingness to learn.
