**Position Overview**

Canmore Rental Management is seeking a motivated and organized **Assistant**

**Property Manager** to support our growing portfolio of short-term rental properties. This

**Key Responsibilities**

**Owner Guest Services**
- Respond promptly and professionally to guest inquiries
- Manage guest communication before, during, and after stays
- Monitor and respond to reviews; track guest feedback and implement

improvements
- Resolve guest concerns with professionalism and confidence

**Operational Oversight**
- Conduct pre-arrival and post-departure property inspections
- Restock and transport supplies to and from properties
- Coordinate with subcontractors (cleaners, maintenance, etc.)
- Assist with suite setup, staging, inventory, and general organization
- Troubleshoot and perform minor maintenance tasks
- Manage receipts and coordinate with bookkeeping team

**Warehouse & Laundromat Operations**
- Oversee daily duties related to inventory management and organization within

the warehouse
- Monitor and maintain linen and supply stock levels
- Support laundromat operations including laundry sorting, folding, and

coordinating linen delivery/pickup schedules
- Ensure cleanliness, safety, and efficiency within warehouse and laundry

workspaces
- Assist in implementing systems to streamline linen tracking and distribution

**Requirements**:

- Proficiency with platforms such as Hostaway, Airbnb, Google Drive, and Excel
- Strong interpersonal and written communication skills
- Excellent time management and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to lift and carry up to 30 - 50 lbs and perform physical tasks (stairs, bending,

walking between properties)
- Availability on weekdays, weekends, evenings, and holidays as required

**Qualifications**
- Experience in property management, hospitality, logistics, or warehouse/laundry

operations is an asset
- Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle
- Legally authorized to work in Canada and reside in or near Canmore, AB

Pay: $50,000.00-$60,000.00 per year

Expected hours: 20 - 40 per week
