**What We Offer**
- **Pay**: $22 / hour (on payroll, based on experience)
- **Hours**: 20 - 40 hours/week

**Key Responsibilities**
- Perform light maintenance and routine repairs
- Conduct regular caretaking tasks (e.g., general upkeep and cleaning)
- Assist with landscaping on commercial properties
- Support property inspections and reporting as needed

**Requirements**:

- Must have a reliable vehicle and valid driver’s license
- Self-motivated, with a strong work ethic
- Ability to work independently and attentively
- Proactive and problem-solving
